Client Responsibility

  • As the client, you are responsible for ensuring safe access to and from your yard. If we are unable to clean due to access issues, you will still be charged for that cleanup.
  • Please promptly notify us of any changes in the number of pets and ensure timely payment of balances due.
  • You are also responsible for managing your dogs during our service visits. The safety of our technicians is of utmost importance. We welcome friendly dogs to be in the yard during our services, but if your dog(s) show any signs of aggression, we reserve the right to leave the property. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
  • We will always attempt to resolve the situation with you before leaving the property


Payment Policy

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on the 1st of each month.
  • If you sign up a week or more after the start of the month, the monthly rate will be pro-rated for the first month of services.
  • A late fee of $10 will be applied for payments that are 15 days overdue.
  • Payment for one-time or initial cleanup is due upon completion of services.
  • If services are canceled or paused, an initial cleaning fee will apply if services are resumed.
  • If you are on a monthly schedule and payment is not received before the first service of the month, service will not be rendered.


Seasonal Policy

  • We operate all year long. If you choose to pause services during the winter, an initial cleanup fee may apply when resuming services.


Inclement Weather Policy

  • Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to perform a scheduled cleanup. In such cases, we will reschedule and service your yard as soon as possible.


Cancellation/Pause Policy

  • If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (e.g., vacation, illness) and you do not wish to be charged for unnecessary visits, please inform us in advance to pause the service.
  • An initial cleaning fee will apply to properties not serviced by us for a month or more.
  • Either party may terminate service in writing at any time.


Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, we will do everything possible to make it right. We will come back to your property free of charge to render services.
  • If a subscription service is canceled mid-month, your refund will be pro-rated based on the amount of service already provided.


Pricing Policy

  • While quotes are generally accurate, final pricing will be confirmed upon the first service after a property survey. We will communicate any changes to you prior to service.
  • Properties receiving service for the first time or after a pause (a month or more) are subject to an initial cleaning fee.
  • Rates posted on our website are for residential properties. For commercial property services, please contact us.
  • Fees and promotions are subject to change at any time, with at least two weeks' notice to active clients.


We assume no liability for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other properties.


By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
